Eligibility

This is a low code/no code hackathon; no previous experience with AI required. Must be a current ASU student majoring in Humanities: Literature, Creative Writing, Linguistics, English, Film & Media Studies, Writing Rhetoric and Literacies, Philosophy, etc.

Project and Submission Requirements

Participants will work in small teams to create a "Persona Playbook" presenting methods for engaging with AI, including affordances and constraints. Teams will present their findings through a pitch deck, alongwith any supporting documents generated by the team at the hackathon. Submissions must be original content generated at the hackathon.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

On Day 2, participating teams will present their discoveries with a pitch deck to a panel of ASU faculty and staff evaluators. Presentations will be evaluated based on clarity, engagement, technical level, and quality of argument. The winning team will be awarded brand-new Apple hardware including a Macbook Pro and 9th Generation iPad.
